Practising self-care

There’s no right way to practise self-care – it’s about what works for you. But these pointers will give you some ideas: 

  • Take time out if you’re feeling overwhelmed
  • Make sure you eat and sleep well
  • Think of healthy activities that make you feel good
  • Ask for help if you need it
  • Set boundaries (learn to say no)
  • Try and make self-care a daily habit
